At PickUp USA, we develop young basketball talent through skills training and competitive play.

PickUp USA's Youth Development League is built around weekly skills clinics, coached team practices, and organized league games. Players develop fundamentals, confidence, and basketball IQ while applying what they learn in real game situations, all in a structured, positive environment.

How the Youth Development League Works

Youth basketball players practicing offense, defense, ball handling, and conditioning at skills clinics
Skills Clinics
Our skills clinics feature rotating stations that focus on all areas of the game, including offense, defense, rebounding, ball handling, and strength and conditioning. This station based format allows players to get focused instruction, maximize reps, and develop well rounded skills that translate directly to game play.

Team Practices
Team practices focus on teaching team concepts such as spacing, movement, communication, and decision making. Players learn how to apply individual skills within a team setting through structured drills, controlled scrimmages, and coached instruction that prepares them for league games.
